As for me, I play it as I wake up and stretch while listening. And then I move on to the morning worship that I listen to while getting dressed. This recording mix encourages me. The prayers give me confidence. The self love affirmations at the end remind me of God's strength within me. And the poem blesses me. I hope it blesses you too.
